Class Experience

Perfect for the beginner painter! Teacher will paint along and show every step! I use two cameras with one focused on my hands/painting.
By the end of the class, you should have your own spring masterpiece! 
We will create a simple sketch with a pencil, before painting.
We will use a large brush to color the sky and lake water.
After creating a nice background, we will paint a dock and trees to finish this peaceful landscape with smaller brushes.

I am certified K-12 Art Teacher

-Pencil 
-Cup for water and cloth or paper towel for cleaning the brushes
-Canvas, canvas board or mixed media paper. (Any size, but keep in mind the abilities of your learner. Younger children might have a difficult time covering a large surface.) 
-Acrylic paints: white, black, brown, pink, purple, yellow, green, blue and any other colors you would like to use.)
-A palette 
-Various brushes: Large flat brush, medium flat brush and small detail brush

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
