This is also a place where we will talk about roadblocks that can occur from either within or from outside that stop us from achieving our goals. In class, we will put our thinking caps on and critically think about what it means to be our best selves and how being our best selves can positively impact the world around us. I have more than 20 years of demonstrated experience in developing leaders all over the United States. I have been a recurring national speaker at continuing education conferences and symposiums for physicians and have a long-standing history of organizing, facilitating, and teaching in all aspects of Life Coaching including for athletes and entertainers. I have spent my life working with children and adults of diverse ages, experiential, educational, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds.
