Class experience
In this one-time class, learners will Draw characters, icons, and landscapes from video games while using a pencil, pen, their choice for coloring, and having fun. They will learn and practice basic drawing skills with step-by-step instructions. Kids can pick another medium to color in their drawings or suggest other characters to create in their free time - creativity is welcome here! Children will exercise important social skills by talking about their art.
*Please feel free to...Drawing in different styles while developing your own ! Games will vary each session from Minecraft, Pac man, Animal Crossing , Mario, Roblox, and etc. Being prepared for class is a huge part and sharing your creations to build confidence in describing your work.
This online class is based on in-person drawing courses for video game art styles.
Homework Offered
Students might need to spend some time after class to complete their artwork or if they choose to draw more! Students can chose alternative photo references by printing, sketching, or using a tablet/phone.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

Pencils, Drawing or Multimedia Paper, Eraser, Sharpener, Pen or Black Marker. Have a hard surface to draw on like a table or large book, clip board.
