Class experience
Do you struggle with drawing the hands? Let me help you! In this workshop, I can show you how to understand the anatomy of the hands, and how to draw them from different angles and positions. We will do a few quick studies together, then complete a fully rendered study. I will also send you off with reference images you can practice with when we're done! I have a degree in Fine Arts, and have been doing commissioned portraits for almost ten years. I have been teaching realistic drawing for a few years as well.
You can use your preferred drawing tools in this class! There is no supplies list. I use charcoal, but students may draw with whatever they choose. Handouts on the subject are also provided, as well as extra reference photos for optional practice after class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
