In this class, students will learn about the surrealism art movement of the 20th century and the whimsy and unexpected Juxtaposition styling or putting the unexpected together. Students will follow along with the teacher step-by-step as the complete an art piece. Students are encouraged to engage in the class by asking questions and sharing their progress. Recording will be made available after each class for students to review and practice. Recordings are able to reviewed as many times as needed.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I am an illustrator, artist, teacher, business owner, and a pug mom. I have a degree in Illustration, a visual art minor with 20 years of teaching experience. I believe that knowledge is power and the more you know the greater your influence can be. Learning should be fun and individual. Even when my students are looking at the same picture for painting class, their work is very individual and unique to them and I love that part of the creative process. We are all learners and we should celebrate each other on the Journey!
