Class Experience

Let’s draw short hair! In this class, we’ll go over tips and techniques for drawing short hairstyles of varying lengths and styles. The type of hair we draw will pair great with anime or semi-realistic drawing. We will focus on creating the hair using shapes, variations in line, repeating patterns, and basic shading techniques. Students will learn how hair moves and flows, and how to capture that with their pencil. Students will explore creating bangs around the face, and also learn to draw...

Students will learn basic techniques for drawing short hair.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
