Description
Class Experience
1: Draw guidelines by tracing a plate that fits on your paper in pencil. 2: Locate center of circle. Mark with a dot using your pencil. 3: Using a strait edge or ruler separate the circle into 8 pieces using pencil. 4: Trace all lines in ink or Sharpie. 5: Starting in the center of the design add organic and geometric shapes to fill the design. 6: Add color....watercolor, colored pencil, crayon.
Can you make a mandala outside using found natural objects?
12"x18" White heavy weight construction paper or watercolor paper...or traditional copy paper. Circular plate that fits properly on the paper without hanging over the edge. Pencil Pen, Sharpie or other Colored Pencils, Markers, Crayons Straightedge or ruler
