In this 10-week drawing course, students will learn the basics of the fundamentals of drawing. They will explore line, shape, and shading to create different subjects such as animals, people, nature, still life, and many more.

Beginner Level
Welcome to Drawing Fundamentals Course Level 1- Beginner! In this 10-week drawing course, artists will learn the fundamentals of drawing. We will go step by step together and explore the basics of drawing such as line, shape, and shading. We will create drawings of animals, people, nature scenes, homes, cityscapes and still lives. Students will follow along with the drawing steps but are encouraged to add their own ideas! Every class will focus on drawing with pencil but towards the end of the class, students are free to color using their favorite coloring material (crayons, markers, oil pastels, etc.) The pace of our class will be based on the student’s abilities, so we will go slower or faster depending on how we are doing together. Their is no experience needed for this class! Course Dates: Tuesdays, Jan 21 - March 25, 2025 and Thursdays, Jan 23 - March 27, 2025 Class Time: Tuesdays - 6:00 pm - 6:50 pm EST and Thursdays - 5:30 pm - 6:20 pm EST Platform: Classes will be conducted via Zoom (dual screen, presentation slides, interactive discussions) Who Can Join: Recommended for students ages 6-8 Hope to see you soon!

Students will develop fine motor skills through controlled line making.Students will understand the basic shapes and their manipulation in order to form a realistic drawing.

Drawing Fundamentals Level 1 - All About 3D Shapes
In this drawing lesson, we will review 3D shapes and practice drawing 3D realistic shapes. 50 mins online live lesson
