Description
Class Experience
Students will learn to draw cartoons and comic book characters.
Darrell Andrews Jr. is a graduate of Ringling College of Art & Design, one of the nation’s most prestigious art schools. He is a freelance illustrator who has done an array of creative projects, including children’s books and cartoon development. He is well versed in traditional hand-drawn art, photoshop, figure drawing, traditional painting, concept art and general illustration. He had illustrated children’s books and created cartoon characters. He is a soft-spoken artist-teacher who enjoys working with children. He has designed a line of clothing—Trailblazers, which features his original designs.
Students may practice their drawing skills at their leisure.
Supply list: - Paper - Pencil - Multiple sheets of paper Optional: coloring pens
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
