In this class, we will practice drawing from the three different perspectives found in art: one-point, two-point, and three-point perspective. The first type of perspective, one-point perspective, is the simplest perspective to understand but is the foundation for the other 2 perspectives. This perspective, even though being the simplest, is used by professional artists in a lot of their work. Two-point perspective is more dynamic and more appealing to the eye. Three-point perspective is the most advanced type we will be learning about in this class and is the most expressive perspective an artist can use. We will learn how to use each of these perspectives and then spend time on a one-point perspective project to take away from class.
Learning Goals
The goal of this class is to get a basic understanding of the 3 most common types of perspective and to walk away with some sketches and a full drawing using one-point perspective.

I have loved drawing since I was a young boy. As a professional artist, I love to see imagination and creativity come alive! The stories of life through the filter of imagination compel us to live life to its fullest extent.
