Description
Class Experience
Students will learn how to create their own labyrinth (maze) on grid paper and recreate it in 2-point perspective to make it look 3D. This is a more advanced course in perspective drawing a requires some knowledge and previous practice with perspective drawing. Week 1 - Students will practice making simple objects in 2-point perspective and create simple mazes on grid paper. (map out and plan) Week 2 - We will practice transferring our small grids into 2-point perspective mazes to master...
Materials required: 12 inch ruler, eraser, pencils (drawing pencils are optional), 4-5 sheets of white drawing paper no smaller than 9 inches x 12 inches, 2-3 sheets of grid paper, 30-60-90 triangle. Supplies should cost between $10 - $15.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
