Description
Class Experience
This FLEX course is designed for young artists who are looking to start their creative journey! It will provide a solid foundation for learners by teaching them how to use perspective in their landscape drawings. This course is for beginners, so no prior drawing experience is required! In this FLEX course learners will learn how to draw using both 1-point and 2-point perspective. Each week will focus on how to use perspective in different landscapes. I will provide weekly pre-recorded...
Students will learn how to use both 1 & 2 point perspective when drawing buildings and landscapes. At the end of this course they should be able to create images using perspective all on their own!
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts and 15 years experience teaching a variety of art forms to individuals ages 3 - 80.
Students will be encouraged to work on their drawings for at least one hour a week. If they feel comfortable, they are welcome to share their work in the classroom, or send it directly to me for personalized feedback.
Artists will need a sketchbook, as well as drawing materials like a set of artist pencils, erasers, sharpener, ruler, and pencil crayons (colouring pencils).
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
