In this ongoing class students will socialize while design their own Pokemon card! Students can draw one or a many while talking to other Pokemon friends. This class is perfect for creative social learners looking to connect with others. This class allows students to use their imagination while coming up with a unique Pokemon card. Each week we will challenge ourselves as we draw from our imagination. We can share ideas, and come up with new Pokemon attack and abilities. Students will design each and every detail including; weakness, resistance, retreat, ability, Vmax, GX, basic, trainer. What attack can your Pokemon do? The possibilities are endless! Come join us as we explore the amazing world of all things POKEMON!
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to draw their own Pokemon using their passion and imagination. Students can interact with other Pokemon friends and get new exciting ideas. You can come one time or make an entire collection. It would even be fun to trade these cards with friends! I can't wait to see you in class!

Paper, color pencils, markers, pencil, scissors, if you have a laminator at home these cards look great laminated.

I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, as well as TESOL certification for teaching English as a second language to students K-6. I have experience both in the classroom and out. My first experience in the classroom was working in a 2nd grade English class. From there, my passion for teaching led to many different avenues. I spend a lot of time homeschooling my son, who has opened a whole new world of learning.
I believe every student has not only the ability to learn but, should be given the opportunity to learn at their own pace. Learning should be both memorable and fun!
