Welcome to the anime drawing class! Each week we will explore various styles and drawing strategies in anime. Students will have the opportunity to develop their own characters! We will also discuss anime characters they like or have seen as they are drawing. This will require a willingness to experiment. I encourage students to try out different ways of drawing as this will certainly help them grow as artists for sure! In each class, we will practice some anime drawing skills and I will bring an anime character that students can choose to follow. We will focus on different body parts each week like eyes, ears, legs, feet, and even non-human characteristics such as horns and fangs.
