I am a practising artist and taught Art and Design and Photography in secondary schools and sixth forms for over 13 years, honing my approach until my teaching was consistently graded outstanding against the OFSTED framework. In addition to this I have run hundreds of art workshops for children both in the UK and Ireland. I am proud to develop and run Future Creatives workshops (both online and in person) for the University of the Arts London (UAL) which comprises of 6 colleges, among them Central Saint Martins and Chelsea College of Arts. I am passionate about promoting the creative process in children and am always positive, friendly and encouraging! I specialise in helping children with low self-confidence in art improve their skills and rediscover the joy of making art.
Learners will be required to work on and share at least one drawing per week. They will also need to complete fun challenges and interact with others on the course in the Outschool Classroom.
