Description
Class Experience
The benefits of directed drawing include enhanced listening skills, following directions, and fine motor development. Students will also have an introduction/review of vocabulary related to lines and shapes.
I have been a certified teacher for over 10 years! I have taught grades PreK, Kindergarten, 3rd, and 4th. I love sharing my love of doodling and drawing with my students, showing them how they can be an artist too. What makes it even better is when I can add in literacy and science.
Students may need some extra time outside of class to finish coloring their drawings.
Blank Piece of White Paper or Sketchbook (extra on hand for mistakes is always nice) Pencil, Sharpener, Eraser Black pen or marker (fine tip) for Outlining Crayons, Colored Pencils, Markers
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
