Students will practice drawing from observation, with particular focus on how to render dynamic poses that include elements of action, overlapping, foreshortening, forced perspective, and other drawing challenges.  

I have taught drawing for many years, and in my observation the most effective way to teach good drawing skills is to demonstrate them.  Drawing together with my students gives me the perfect forum to illustrate drawing techniques while helping them to build the critical thinking and observational skills they need to continue working on their own.  My goal is to build my students' skills and confidence as young artists!
