Class Experience

There are many styles when it comes to drawing figures. The artist El Greco often painted very tall figures to create a certain feeling.
After our get to know you time, we will review how to take turns in the ZOOM classroom. Then we will go over the supply list so that everyone will be ready for creating some art.
Learners will come to class with a picture of a person (this can be cut out from a magazine, calendar, or any other source) that is cut out so you only see the figure. An example...

I have been teaching children from ages birth to young teens for 30 years. My degree is in Studio Art and I'm certified in Early Childhood Education. I taught 3 year old preschool classes, first grade at international schools overseas, and I was a nanny for the same family for 22 years. My whole career has been centered on working with children and I have incorporated my passion for art throughout that whole time.
