In this class students will follow along as we draw a Chameleon that we will take from a basic sketch to a completed, realistic drawing.
Class experience
In this one time class students will learn to draw a realistic Chameleon by drawing along with me. The students will follow me step by step as I demonstrate by drawing the artwork along with them. We will start with our basic sketch and once we get our drawing as accurate as we can, we will move on to details-- shading, shadows, highlights and texture. Students will improve their realism with techniques of sketching first, improving accurate and learning to use shade and details to create realistic drawings.
Homework Offered
Some students are very fast artists and some are slow. We will draw at a pace that is between the two to allow us to finish our drawing and be best for everyone. I cannot stop the class for students who are slower, but I will encourage slower artists to take their time and complete the drawing after the class if it is necessary.Assessments Offered
