Draw Me and Story: Dinosaurs Love Underpants by Claire Freedman & Ben Cort

Come join in and have a giggle at dinosaurs in underpants! After we have read this marvellous story we will draw a T-Rex out of 2d shapes and colour it in. 

This introduction to drawing such an exciting animal at such a young age, will inspire your children to believe they are masters and can accomplish any drawing when they know how. 

All you really need is a pencil and some paper, but at this young age the little ones like colour. So finish off by colouring in your masterpiece in the fantastic colours you see in the book.  

This class is designed to give the youngest the confidence to draw. I positively encourage this as so many little ones I teach are nervous about drawing, often believing that they can not achieve what they picture in their imagination. For the child that is very nervous about drawing, I would encourage them to colour in a picture as an alternative, which in turn will help them explore their fine motor skills. For enrolled learners, I will provide a file that is a 3 page document of dinosaur activities: colouring, spot the difference and design your own underpants. This way, every child will be included.
