If your artist is interested in the subject they are willing to draw and that will keep them interested and build their confidence along the way! My lessons are fun and interactive!
You do not have to be an artist to take this class. You just need to love to create.
I will take your student on a journey, inspire, and build confidence.
In this Beginner / Intermediate Drawing class, your artist will learn how to draw a fun marshmallow hot cocoa party using basic shapes to build the character. Then I will teach them how to add shading, texture, & details! 
~Your artist will learn how to draw out our design using simple shapes to build the character.

~Artists can follow step by step and ask questions. I will give feedback on the student's progress and suggestions to improve their artistic skills. Artists are encouraged to hold their art up to the camera multiple times each class if they want help or encouragement, although this is optional. Artists are also welcome to ask for help during class at any point, so they never have to worry about getting stuck. 

~As always in any of my classes, I encourage artists to create in their own style or follow along with me as we create beautiful paintings. I will do different animals or characters each week for a variety of techniques. 

~ IMPORTANT~ Be on time for class! 
This is a step-by-step lesson and you need to be on time. If your artist is late for any reason I will let them in class and they can participate where we are in the drawing. I will offer your artist the option of doing the complete lesson on the recording after class has finished and the lesson has been uploaded to the cloud.
Of course, it takes time and hard work to improve your drawing, but following these tips will help get you there!  Your artist will build confidence!

Smooth white paper 8 1/2 x 11
Graphite Pencil HB
Eraser
Blending tools: Stump, Kleenex, or Q-tip

*According to Outschool policy, all students need to be registered separately. If they are not, they are to be placed in the waiting room until the parent can make arrangements to register the extra learners or the teacher may refund them.  We understand the desire for friends or siblings to watch, but if two children are participating under one registration, they will be sent back to the waiting room per Outschool policy. One child per registration. It is acceptable for registered learners to share a screen!
