Class Experience

In this one-time course, students will learn basic still life drawing skills for various food items, as well as how to draw cats. Class time will include physical references using Nyan Nyanko Market fruit, vegetable and dessert cats and students will learn how to draw different food items from scratch. There will also be time for more advanced students to learn some additional coloring and scene building techniques. Many students will learn how to shape and size multiple objects into the same...

Students will learn the basics of still life drawing and how to draw cats.

Sometimes students are unable to complete their entire project in class. In those cases they are always welcome to bring the project to another class section to work on or continue working on it at home!

- Colored Pencils (I HIGHLY Prefer Prismacolor Colored Pencils)
- Sketchbook Paper or similar
- Eraser
- Pencil Sharpener

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
