This is a great course for any anime enthusiast that wants to learn to draw a full character! 

In response to my popular one-time class featuring a character's face, I am putting together all the elements needed for a full character! Here are the things we cover each week:
Week One: figure proportions and simple figure drawings
Week Two: torso/ legs/ arms
Week Three: hands/ feet
Week Four: head/ face
Week Five: hair/ clothes/ accessories
Week Six: shading/final sketches
I cover animal hybrids, too!

This is a flexible schedule class. That means there are no live meetings or set times! Students are expected to engage in other ways. On Mondays (the times may vary, but usually around midday) I post recorded videos and lesson handouts. The students have the week to do the work on their own schedule! They share their work in the comments of that lesson, where students participate in feedback. It's also fun for them to see how everyone's turns out! I also post related, interactive discussion topics, videos, games, show and tells, activities, and/or projects on Wednesdays. This is where students will further engage with other like minded anime fans while diving into things like history, research, games, other anime art/clips, favorite shows/ films, and more!
