Description
Class Experience
** Note: This a multi day class that meets at the same day/time over three weeks. If you would prefer to take this class as an Art Camp that meets at the same time over three consecutive days please see my Winter Art Camp: Draw and Paint Snowy Animals (3 Days Back to Back) class. In this multi day class, students will make 3 different snowy winter animal pictures, one per week. Each week students will draw and paint a different animal. I will lead students through a step by step...
-Students will be able to use basic shapes to draw a picture. This is a skill they can apply to other drawings as well. -Students will be able to use introductory watercolor techniques to add color and personality to their artwork.
I have taught elementary art for over 16 years and each of my lessons is developed thoughtfully and practiced ahead of time, keeping in mind student skill level and interests. I am passionate about helping young artists find their unique artistic voices and therefore balance guided drawing with creative expression in this lesson. I provide positive encouragement to students throughout our class time and hope they enjoy this project as much as I do.
Students may wish to continue adding finishing touches after class time had ended.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
