Tyrannosaurus Rex, the King of the Tyrant Lizards or T-Rex for short, was one of the largest meat-eating dinosaurs that ever lived. It is also the most recognized and "popular" dinosaur. In this class, learners will learn a few fun facts about T-Rex. This is a fun, step-by-step lesson, with teacher doing all the steps with learners. Students will begin by drawing basic shapes with a pencil. Students will continue their drawing with colored pencils. Finally, we will outline parts of the the drawing with Fine Sharpie. At the end of class everyone will have a chance to show their scary masterpieces!

Parental Guidance
Usual behaviors and diet of a T-Rex might be discussed in class. T-Rex was a meat-eating predator.
Supply List
-1 piece of white paper (It can be multi-media, construction or sketchbook paper.) -Pencil -Eraser -Colored Pencils (At least these colors: green, black, brown, orange, red) -Extra Fine Tip Sharpie (for outlining) -an extra piece of scratch paper, in case a child wants to practice a line, before committing to it on the main drawing.
