Class Experience
Students will learn how to draw a cartoon cat using simple shapes, such as circles, triangles, and ovals.
I love sharing my love of drawing. I have experience as an early childhood educator, so I will be using age appropriate language as well.
Enjoy your creation and hang it somewhere in your house so you can admire it!
The supplies needed for this assignment are a pencil, eraser, a sheet of paper, a black marker(optional), and crayons. You will need to have these at your workspace prior to beginning the lesson. If you do not have these available to you, you can pick them up at a dollar store for roughly $5-7.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please be sure that the student is prepared with the materials before the lesson. This is a quick lesson, so everything needs to be available to the student.
