Through hands on learning, students will create a bat. They will create this cartoon using simple shapes and lines such as circles, triangles, and ovals. In this class, we will start by making sure everyone has come with supplies. You will need a pencil, crayons, markers, paper and an eraser. The supplies needed for this assignment are a pencil, a sheet of paper, and crayons. You will need to have these at your workspace prior to the beginning of the lesson. If you do not have these, you can pick them up from the dollar store for roughly $5-7.
