In this course students will be learning about comprehension strategies including: - Using text evidence -Plot -Summarizing -Inferencing - Character analysis and many more! We will learn these skills by studying the novel "Dragons in a Bag". Students will have assigned reading to complete on their own before engaging with their work. “Dragons in a Bag” is a middle-grade book suitable for learners between the ages of 7-10. If students need accommodations I will work with you and them in order to make the material accessible.
