US Grade 2 - 4
In this ongoing book club for kids, we'll spend time together reading a different books from the Dragon Masters series each week and coming together to discuss the stories, our favorite moments, and more! These discussions will be round-table discussions where I'll ask a question to prompt students' thinking but allow their thoughts, insights, and interests to direct the conversation. Teacher expertise and credentials
I have taught and written on literature and Story for nearly fifteen years now and have studied extensively into the nature of Story, Storytelling, and have read, retold, and discussed countless stories from around the world with students from 5-18 years old. My formal experience comes from teaching in the Academy where I served as Master Teacher of Literature for Middle and High School, Network Coach for Literature Instruction for a network of over 1000 teachers, Head of Curriculum, and Headmaster.
