Join us for an exciting journey exploring the myths and legends of dragons from across the globe! In this four-lesson camp, we will delve into the rich cultures of the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia, discovering their unique tales of dragons. Each lesson will begin with an exploration of the geography, culture, and environment of the featured regions, followed by captivating dragon legends. Students will engage in discussions, sharing their thoughts and insights about the stories. My teaching style is fun and communicative, yet substantive. I enjoy hearing my students' views and opinions and always make time for interactive discussions within the class. Join us for a magical adventure through the world of dragon myths and legends!

Dragons of Asia
Focusing on Asian Mythology and stories like the Four Dragons of China 55 mins online live lesson

Dragons of Europe
Focusing on European Dragon Mythology such as St. George and the Dragon 55 mins online live lesson

Dragons of Africa
Focusing on African Dragon Mythology such as the Niki Nanka from Gambia 55 mins online live lesson

Dragons of the Americas
Focusing on Dragon Mythology from across the South American continent such as the Feathered Serpent 55 mins online live lesson

Parental Guidance
Occasionally a story may have some aspects such as death, a battle, etc. As these are Myths and Legends the stories tend to hold the full spectrum of life on earth within them. However, I ensure things are NEVER gratuitous though.

Growing up in the UK as a minority, I have always studied the non-mainstream perspectives where-ever I could, meaning in all my degree subjects (Philosophy, History & Psychology), I have thoroughly studied different cultural perspectives, and when teaching ensure all my sources are directly from the culture in question.
I have tutored and home schooled in my degree subjects for ages 4-18, taught in schools in my native country the Gambia, and nannies a (ages 0-11). Often questions around cultural differences or equality issues have come up and I am able to handle them softly, while ensuring the student leaves with the knowledge that equality is important for us all!
