In this fun one time class students will get to discuss their favorite Dr. Suess books while coloring or drawing pictures from them.

Class Experience

Students will discuss Dr. Suess while coloring or drawing pictures from the books. We will talk and show off our art work. 

Topics will be related to Dr. Suess books but will be student lead. 

If the conversation dies down I will have list of topics ready for discussion.

Topics may include:
What is your favorite Dr. Suess book?
Who is your favorite character?
Which book is your favorite?
Have you seen an movies based on Dr. Seuss books? 

This is an all inclusive class, meaning that is aimed for both typical students and those with disabilities. As such students are welcome to use the chat feature instead of participating verbally.

Supply List
Students will need coloring or drawing supplies and pictures to color. They may  print and use the pictures I will have in the classroom or they can find their own.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

My name is Gabrielle, I started teaching sewing lessons when I was a homeschool senior. I taught classes at a local home school group and discovered I had a passion for teaching. When I was 19 I discovered I was most likely autistic and was able to get an official diagnosis at 21. For me, this was a revelation and explained so much. It meant I was able to seek out others like me and was a huge game-changer for me.


For over 10 years now I have been teaching in different capacities and working with children with different disabilities and differences. I have been an in-home caregiver for a physically disabled child, a preschool teacher, a teacher's aid, a tutor and have been teaching online since January 2020. I also have an Associates' degree in special education.

I am proud to be autistic. This doesn't mean I don't have struggles but I firmly believe that we all have strengths and weaknesses. I strive to give all of my students a safe and welcoming place. All of my classes are inclusive which means students of all abilities are welcome. If your student needs any accommodations please let me know and we will work together to ensure the best possible class experience.
