This class will teach the student about the SBD Dauntless dive bomber, the usage against the Japanese Navy, and how the aircraft accomplished the all important mission in the Pacific theater. The focus will be on scientific and historical facts about this amazing plane. There will be an attached note-taking document with pictures to help the student learn and retain the information about the course. The teacher's desire is to engage the students with questions and dialogue to help them further learn the material and answer questions. There will be no assigned homework in this class, and the teaching style will be lecture via powerpoint material with a few questions asked of the students.

There will bo no overt violent imagery in this class. Additionally, there will be a short Youtube video in the class but no account is needed on your part.
