1 in-class hoursClass Experience
In this guided drawing/painting class, students will create a landscape painting inspired by the artists Georges Seurat and Albert Dubois-Pillet. I teach through: tell, show, do, feedback (a method I learned in my time with Starbucks, a long time ago) I find that students learn in a variety of ways (hearing, seeing and doing). This practice allows every student to learn in their own unique way. I will teach the steps to creating a fun landscape painting from start to finish on paper or canvas using acrylic paints. Feedback is essential to artists ( and learners!), I love doing gallery walks where students can share their artwork and get praise and critiques from their peers (what they did well, what they can improve on etc). No experience is needed, come join us in a fun painting exercise
