US Grade 3 - 6

Students will use permanent markers and watercolor paint to make a new design each day of camp. The atmosphere will be social and relaxing with a warm and engaging teacher. A color wheel will be used as a tool to teach the concept of analogous, and complementary colors. Learners will be given the option to add a positive or inspirational quote to their art piece.

Day 3 Hedgehogs

January 15, 16. 17

The teacher will begin each lesson with a few Google Drive slides that will inspire designs, colors, and inspirational quotes. Then, students will jump right into a drawing based on the day's theme. Ms. Judy will draw along with students using a document camera so the young artists can see exactly how some of the doodles are made. There will be plenty of time for doodle and color choice creativity in this class. Students can ask for help or use their imaginations to make beautiful doodle art.

At the end of class, students will be given a chance to share their art with their peers.
