Want to doodle even more? Join me for a part 2 of my weekly doodles! Whether you are just getting started or perfecting your style this is a great class for you!
Students will use various elements of art such as lines and shapes to create a doodle style drawing of animals, insects, etc. I use the word doodle to describe the simple drawing style. We will work step by step to draw the subject of the week. While I share the shapes, lines, textures, colors, etc that I used students are absolutely encouraged to experiment. Students may make changes and explore their own creative choices.
We will practice drawing with pencil first, possibly outline with pen or marker and then add quick color.

As always students are encouraged to make their own creative choices as well! Questions and conversation are welcomed as we work via chat or verbally. At the conclusion of class all sharing will be optional and supported with positive discussion. Critique is a valuable step during the art process. Students may better understand their work, relate to others and be inspired!
