Love doggos and want to practice sketching? Don't know how to approach the canine face and need some guidance? This is an excellent, relaxed art class where we explore sketching different dog breeds.

In this ten-week course, students focus on how to draw multiple breeds of different facial structures. Each class will show students how to use basic shapes to create a more complex form. During this process, students will learn to measure and properly proportion their sketch. Students will leave this class feeling confident that they can create their own canine sketches.

This class is designed for the animal lover who loves to sketch. This is for the students who want to take their drawings to the next level. Art experience is not necessary but helpful.

The ten-week itinerary includes the following:
Week 1: Labrador Retriever: Left Angle
Week 2: German Shepherd: Left Angle
Week 3: Cocker Spaniel: Front Profile
Week 4: Chihuahua: Right Angle
Week 5: Daschund: Right Angle
Week 6: Husky: Right Angle
Week 7: Dalmation: Side Profile
Week 8: Boxer
Week 9: Border Collie
Week 10: Jack Russell Terrier

This class will be presented via Keynote and is an art based class. This is a FLEX class and is PRE-RECORDED. This means students will watch the pre-recorded video. Students will engage in questions, class discussions, and art assignments. There will be optional homework. Students will be encouraged to share their artwork and engage with their fellow classmates in questions and discussions.
