Class Experience

Students will be able to identify five countries on a blank world map. Students will also learn the names and basic traits of five dog breeds and their countries of origin.
While there is no formal homework for this class, I encourage students to research where their favorite dog breeds came from!
 1 file available upon enrollment
A custom map for the course will be provided in the welcome post to the class. Students do not need to print the map if they don't want.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
At the end of class, I will ask the students as a group where each dog breed is from. This fun, informal quiz is meant to review the information learned in class and cement their knowledge before we go.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
