Learners will make a new treat weekly for their furry friends. I make my own three dogs treats each week and they LOVE when I bake for them. I think they actually know when I am baking for them. Join me as we make all my pups favorite treats, including some frozen ones. Learners will receive an ingredient list upon registering. Most ingredients will be items used in daily cooking. Don’t forget to bring your favorite treat jar to class to store your Yummos! Your pups will love you even more for making them homemade treats.
Learning Goals
Learners will make their pups fresh, healthy treats with minimal supplies and ingredients. Measuring and cooking skills will also be taught.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Hi Learners! My name is Renee Hebert Ory and I teach classes on subjects ranging from economics to Cajun culture. That's quite a difference in teaching! I have a B.S. in Economics with a minor in geology from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. I offer classes on both of these topics as well as several self-written storytime classes for the littles. I also LOVE being from south Louisiana. I hope to share the uniqueness of my heritage with many learners so you may want to visit here one day. We will explore french sayings, Cajun recipes, local traditions, and Cajun music. It is one of the most unique microcultures in the world. See you in class!
