Description
Class Experience
In this ongoing class, students will learn interesting facts about dog life an at the same time they will practice their drawing skills sometimes accompanied with other art medium. Wild canines, service dogs and domesticated dogs anatomy and habitat will be presented. Different dog breeds are presented each week such as Labrador, poodle, collie and of course, some of our beautiful mixed dogs. Sometimes a very short story about dogs may be read to create an opportunity to illustrate the dog...
Students will learn about dog, their personalities, types and how to draw them with pencils, colored pencils and watercolors.
No homework but practice is recommended. Since it’s a club they can share their work.
Basic drawing pencils, eraser, drawing pad, watercolor materials and paper, colored pencils.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
