Description

Class Experience

Children will learn to relax, focus and do some Yoga poses.
I have been learning and practicing Yoga for over 15 years now. Teaching Yoga to kids for over a decade now has helped me to channelize their boundless energy in a positive way and bring in the focus in them.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There is no formal assessment, although if you would like feedback from me about how your learner performed in the class, I will be more than happy to provide it.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents, please ensure your learner has adequate space, with no obstacles around them for this class. I recommend practicing on a yoga mat. If you don't have a yoga mat, practicing on a non-slip carpet is fine too.

Learners should wear comfortable clothing to the class that allows free movement (no socks, please!).

I recommend practicing on a light stomach, so have your learner eat at least an hour before class begins. Learners should have a water bottle handy in case they feel thirsty during class. This yoga session is for general health and well being of the child and does not offer medical advice.

Please supervise your learner during class so that you may be able to help them promptly in case of any difficulty.
