Description

Class Experience

In this one-time class, you will practice figurative language by viewing "MEME" inspired photos.  We will begin the class with a brief overview of figurative language.  For example:  (idioms, onomatopoeias, metaphors, similes, personification).  Learning how to use figurative language appropriately will not only help you understand more of what you read, but will also help make your writing more interesting.  You will communicate your answers via whiteboard/marker or by typing in the chat...

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
