Description
Class Experience
Learners will learn simple tips to take their pictures to the next level.
Miss Lindsay has been a professional photographer for the last 14 years. Running a small, independent business with hundreds of clients. Miss Lindsay took one year of photography classes and then was exclusively self taught. Her work focuses on portrait work, but she enjoys taking pictures of all things. You can view her work at www.instagram.com/lindsayernstportraits/
Learners will need to take a photograph for each class and present it in class. This should take no more than 5 minutes per class. This is strictly to practice the technique learned in the previous class and get encouragement from our classmates. Photographers LOVE to look at pictures! We’re here to uplift and encourage to be the best we can be! *Please submit photo to the teacher via messaging, 12 hours before class. This way I am able to add it to the presentation and check for discretion.
Please bring your camera (phone, iPad, point and shoot or DSLR) to class. This will only be used to practice how to hold your camera, frame your work, and move to capture the best photograph. A notebook (not required but helpful to take notes)
There is no assessment.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parents please supervise your child’s work so that they are submitting appropriate photos to share in class. All photos must be submitted to teacher 12 hours prior to class. Presentation will be screen-shared in class, but no log-in is necessary.
