Description

Class Experience

In this live class we will explore the ancient city of what is probably the Troy of Homer's Iliad & Odyssey located in modern day Turkey.

The class will consist of a discussion with pictures and videos. Students will learn about the archaeological process and the Bronze Age, along with the history & of what we believe is the ancient city of Troy from Homer's Iliad & Odyssey.

Throughout the week following the discussion, I will make posts in the classroom consisting of questions and...

Students will need to access Zoom, a computer, internet access and materials for projects as needed. Project materials will be based on projects chosen by students. They will have the freedom to choose what materials they would like to use.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
