The world of mythical creatures has more to offer from the unusual stories that are linked to each creature to the exciting anatomies associated with them. This class is for those who love mythology and art, and desire to not only expand their knowledge of these creatures but also develop their sketching skills as they create these magnificent creatures! Be prepared to make use of your imagination too! Each week, We will have discussions and /or presentations prior to drawing. Students will assess and expand their knowledge of each creature. Firstly, I will share a couple of drawing techniques at the beginning of the class. Next, students will be able to either follow along with my drawing or draw their own. They can also customize their drawings and create their own unique creatures. Students will be allowed to give positive criticisms about each other's work.
