In this engaging beginner class, students will dance along to the favorite songs from Disney's The Princess and the Frog, while learning basic ballet steps. This is a live virtual class only; I do not have in-person classes. Students will learn a warm-up, play dance games, learn real ballet steps (and their French terminology) and learn a dance to "Almost There" from Disney's The Princess and the Frog movie. Students will even get to participate in some fun Tiana Trivia! After class, students can perform the dance they learned for their family and friends. Students can wear dance shoes or socks, and comfy clothes to move in (or even their favorite prince or princess outfit). A bottle of water may be needed in case students get thirsty. No former dance training or experience necessary.

Parental Guidance
This class is for 3-8 year olds. Some students in the younger end of the spectrum may thrive in this class with the assistance of an adult to help them focus.
Supply List
Students can wear dance shoes or socks, and comfy clothes to move in (or even their favorite prince or princess outfit). A bottle of water may be needed in case students get thirsty. No former dance training or experience necessary. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Hello, I'm so glad you are here! My name is Reagan. I'm married and just had our first baby boy in September 2022. I attended Liberty University online for a degree in Elementary Education; but after a year and a half of classes there, attended Penn Foster University online and graduated with a degree in Office Management (Microsoft Office 2016). I am a certified ballet instructor and have 10+ years of experience in the studio teaching 3-5 year-olds, 1st-3rd graders and 4th-8th graders. Before my baby boy was born, I created the Bellevue Ballet program at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee, teaching over 80 students, choreographing fall and spring recitals, as well as The Nutcracker ballet.
