I am offering this class because I have a passion for all things Disney. I hope to inspire the next generation of learners to form a love of reading Disney novels as I have. Additionally, I am a certified elementary school teacher in the states of Florida and Colorado.
Students are required to purchase the book, Disney Tales From The Haunted Mansion Volume 1, The Fearsome Foursome. The book is transcribed by John Esposito, as told by mansion librarian Amicus Arcane, with illustrations by Kelley Jones. The ISBN is 978-1-4847-1329-7. The price of the book is listed at $14.99 as a hardcover, but it can be purchased at a discount from several different retailers. A handout(s) will be provided by the teacher. The parent/guardian will be responsible for printing out the handout(s) if desired. You must have access to a PDF viewer in order to open and print the handouts. Printing the handout(s) is optional, you may also choose to download and save them rather than print. Lessons will be taught using PowerPoint Presentations and may also incorporate some YouTube videos.
