Do you love Disney Pixar movies? Are you interested in acting? Did you know that voice-over actors perform in front of a camera? Would you like to learn more about theatre arts and voice-over acting? Then this might be the class for you! Join us as we explore what it takes to make these fabulous creative characters come to life!

In this live weekly class, students will be introduced to theatre arts through the world of Disney/Pixar. Using various creative drama techniques to build confidence and trust, stimulate imagination, and role-play, together we will embody the many characters of Disney/Pixar films. From scene study to character development, we will explore acting as the famous Disney Pixar characters from films like Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Toy Story, Frozen, and so many more.

Students are required to have a basic knowledge of Disney Pixar films and be familiar with the characters and their stories. Students are expected to fully participate with cameras and microphones on, and be willing to partner up with classmates for in-class scene study and rehearsals. 

Each class meeting will consist of theatre warm-ups, improvisation games, individual & group practice of acting techniques, and partnering for scene readings/rehearsals.
