Each week in this ongoing class we will explore secrets and stories of Walt Disney World rides, attractions, lands, and more: including history, changes, and fun tidbits to enhance the magic!

Class experience

This class is taught in English.
Each week students will learn history and secrets behind the attractions and elements of Disney World (without spoiling the magic). Students will understand how parts of the parks were designed in a certain way to help tell the story of the land they are in.
I have a Masters in Elementary Education and am a huge Disney fan and Walt Disney World local. I love learning about the stories and history of the parks and can't wait to share this knowledge with you!
*I do not speak for the Disney brand or company in my classes*
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Disney World has gone through many changes throughout its history, due to changing attitudes and beliefs of modern audiences. In this course, as necessary, we will discuss some of these changes and why the imagineers at Disney decided to make them.

In this class we will be using the interactive learning site called Nearpod. Nearpod allows for students to interact with the material in discussions, videos, polls and games. This DOES NOT require additional log in information or an account with Nearpod. When class begins, I will send the link to our live lesson where students can interact with the lesson as we go.
