****Students will use Nearpod for this class, an interactive program that will keep your travelers engaged. Once enrolled, I will send a document that explains how your traveler can easily use Nearpod with Zoom on one or two devices.****

Grab some pixie dust and put on your Mickey ears, and let’s travel together to England to visit the characters from Mary Poppins, Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland, Winnie the Pooh, and 101 Dalmatians!
On this trip, we will learn where England is and draw the flag. We will visit Big Ben and the Tower Bridge. We will also fly through the London sky like Peter Pan and Wendy! We will learn about the English sport rugby, some typical food such as fish and chips, and some animals that live in England such as the badger. At the end of every trip, we do a quick review to test the knowledge we have learned together in England. We will learn through a variety of ways such as coloring, drawing, pictures, videos, reading, slides, and virtual reality. Make sure you have your passports ready! I can’t wait to see your travelers in England soon!
