Disney Travel: Let's Visit Cinderella, Belle, Aurora, and More in France!
In this one-time class, we will use Nearpod to travel to France to learn all about the country and culture with the characters from Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, Ratatouille, and The Aristocats.

****Students will use Nearpod for this class, an interactive program that will keep your travelers engaged. Once enrolled, I will send a document that explains how your traveler can easily use Nearpod with Zoom on one or two devices.**** The Eiffel Tower, macarons, and snails! Oh my! Put on your princess dress or your Mickey ears, and let’s travel together to France to visit the characters from Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, Ratatouille, and The Aristocats. On this trip, we will learn where France is, draw the flag, learn two French words, and then watch a video to hear the language. Then we will visit The Eiffel Tower and learn about some other places in Paris as well as some typical food such as ratatouille and macarons. We will also visit Disneyland Paris together! We will then paint a sunflower to represent the sunflower fields in France! At the end of every trip, we do a quick review to test the knowledge we have learned together in France. We will learn through a variety of ways such as coloring, pictures, virtual reality, reading, slides, music, and arts and crafts. Make sure you have your passports ready! - A printable France coloring page provided prior to class - Something to color with (crayons, colored pencils, or markers) - A white piece of paper for the sunflower activity - Yellow, green, and brown paint for the sunflower activity - A paintbrush and a fork for the sunflower activity (the fork will be put into the paint)
